The room is very good and the hotel is excellent too. Quiet hotel and everyone is helpful. It’s very close from what ever you need. I like it too much. It has amazing SPA. I like this hotel and advise all to join them. Even for ladies who travel alone try this hotel, you will like it.

Everyone(staff) wants to help, especially since the checkout time was extended to 14:00. The room is clean and only a 2-3 minute walk from Taksim Square.

I loved my stay here. The hotel location is just great, literally short walking distance from Taksim square, Metro station, and airport shuttle bus stop. The staffs were amazingly kind, friendly and helpful. I arrived much earlier than planned and they let me check in early. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the vehicles downstairs (the other side) but I guess it’s normal considering it is located just at the heart of one of the busiest areas in Istanbul.

The location is near taksim square. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The room services are so helpful she was an amazing person. The room was clean. Our 2 rooms were next to each other, since we are a family. The hotel offers to help us in the transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport too. The tv is a smart one and could access the internet. I felt safe during my trip at the hotel.

Very friendly staff, hospitality, location very near to taksim square 2 mins walking distance, the street is in the level of the square, very near to different types of transportation as bus station, metro and underground. Suitable for families.
